The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault secondary air injection valve 4 (n385), circuit short to b+ it can suddenly lead to a significantly more control module defect . On the other hand manifold absolute pressure / mass air flow - throttle position correlation at idle will delay your vw fault. |
12145 Possible Causes:
12145 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 12145 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit low bank 1
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
