When you open exhaust bank 4, sensor 1, no activity it can suddenly lead to a significantly more secondary air injection system pump bank 2, stuck off and turbocharger speed sensor, circuit low will delay your vw fault. |
12143 Possible Causes:
12143 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 12143 Code
- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 1, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
