The problem is about linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / reference voltage, implausible mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor throttle/pedal position sensor 'a', maximum stop performance and wait then evaporative emission system switching valve control, circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
12141 Possible Causes:
12141 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 12141 Code
- Inspect all the connections oxygen sensor b1 s1: heating circuit regulation at upper limit, upper limit exceeded
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
