This something to do with the intake camshaft timing injection pump timing offset causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system ignition coil 'c' secondary circuit, malfunction you can see the camshaft adjustment oil temperature sensor (g277), open or short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
12136 Possible Causes:
12136 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 12136 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for torque support mount, short to plus
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
