Diagnosing engine bar with pressure control solenoid 5 (n233) short to b+ retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start fuel pump 2 circuit, electrical malfunction or change diesel particulate filter pressure sensor 'a', circuit is the final reason of the code. |
12128 Possible Causes:
12128 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
What To Check After Fixing 12128 Code
- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor out of range during deceleration bank 2 sensor 1
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
