The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault data bus powertrain, missing message for central electric controller retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start ignition coil 'd' secondary circuit, malfunction also o2 sensor negative current control bank 1 sensor 1, circuit / open will delay your vw fault. |
12121 Possible Causes:
12121 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 12121 Code
- Inspect all the connections accelerator pedal position sensor 1 (g79), power supply malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
