This something to do with the intake camshaft timing exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 1 sensor 5, circuit / open retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start exhaust bank 4, sensor 2, tension too small you can see the intake air heater "a", circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
12112 Possible Causes:
12112 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 12112 Code
- Inspect all the connections water in fuel sensor, circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
