12099 Possible Causes:
12099 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 12099 Code
- Inspect all the connections please check dtc memory of transmission ecu
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
