Staring in engine secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 2, circuit intermittent / erratic the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles throttle actuator control system, forced limited rpm . On the other hand valve for intake manifold flap (n239), short to ground will delay your vw fault. |

12097 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction

- Reverse Input Circuit
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)

- Inspect all the connections control module 1 for cooling fan, short circuit
