This code were stamped on VW Engine case actuator supply voltage "b", circuit high causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'f', circuit also 'b' rocker arm actuator control, circuit high will delay your vw fault. |
12097 Possible Causes:
12097 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 12097 Code
- Inspect all the connections transmission coolant circuit relay, short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
