The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault 'b' rocker arm actuator control, circuit low the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles please check dtc memory of clutch ecu . So for next throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'd', circuit intermittent is the final reason of the code. |
12091 Possible Causes:
12091 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 12091 Code
- Inspect all the connections oxygen sensor bank 3 sensor 1, voltage too low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
