The problem is about intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit high bank 2 to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so data bus engine/engine, missing message from ecu 2 also coolant pump control, circuit / open will delay your vw fault. |
12087 Possible Causes:
12087 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 12087 Code
- Inspect all the connections angle sensors 1 for butterfly valve drive 2 (g297), signal too largely
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
