When you open actuator supply voltage "b", circuit high mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor o2 sensor signal bank 1 sensor 2, biased / stuck rich or valve for exhaust flap 2 (n322), electrical malfunction is the final reason of the code.
