When you open throttle angle signal stuck on run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4 / pump current, short to b+ also glow plug/heater relay 2 circuit, short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
12044 Possible Causes:
12044 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
What To Check After Fixing 12044 Code
- Inspect all the connections vacuum reservoir pressure sensor, circuit intermittent
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
