Diagnosing engine bar with fuel pump 2 circuit, electrical malfunction run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed control of valves pump / nozzle, electrical errors in the electric circuit and wait then throttle/pedal position sensor 'e', minimum stop performance is the final reason of the code. |
12038 Possible Causes:
12038 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 12038 Code
- Inspect all the connections
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
