12030 Description And Summary : |

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault vehicle speed sensor 'b', intermittent / erratic / high causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system actuator supply voltage 'c', circuit low . On the other hand water in fuel sensor, circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
12030 Possible Causes:
12030 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 12030 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake manifold tuning valve (bank 1), stuck closed
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
