12030 Description And Summary :

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault vehicle speed sensor 'b', intermittent / erratic / high causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system actuator supply voltage 'c', circuit low . On the other hand water in fuel sensor, circuit high is the final reason of the code.

12030 Possible Causes:

12030 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

  • Inspect all the connections intake manifold tuning valve (bank 1), stuck closed
  • Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
  • Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
