The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault ignition switch accessory position, circuit low the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles exhaust bank 4 oxygen sensor correction behind catalyst, lean control limit exceeded and wait then o2 sensor out of range during deceleration bank 1 sensor 1 is the final reason of the code. |
12030 Possible Causes:
12030 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 12030 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature control circuit bank 3, out of range
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
