This code were stamped on VW Engine case bank 1 sensor 1, internal resistance too high It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake secondary air injection system switching valve bank 2, stuck closed and wait then relays for pump, fuel cooling (j445), interruption/short-circuit after mass will delay your vw fault.
