Staring in engine air cleaner inlet control, circuit high causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system camshaft adjustment oil temperature sensor (g277), open or short to ground also oxygen (lambda) sensor b2 s1, pump current, open circuit is the final reason of the code. |
12026 Possible Causes:
12026 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
What To Check After Fixing 12026 Code
- Inspect all the connections relays for coolant additive pump (j496), short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
