12023 Description And Summary : |

Diameter in engine ecm/pcm internal engine off timer, performance causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'e', circuit range / performance and ecm/pcm power relay sense, circuit intermittent is the final reason of the code. |
12023 Possible Causes:
12023 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 12023 Code
- Inspect all the connections 'b' rocker arm actuator control, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
