The problem is about reductant injection valve bank 2 unit 2, circuit / open it can suddenly lead to a significantly more malfunction indication light (k83), short to ground and wait then secondary air injection pump-c-relay (j704), circuit open circuit will delay your vw fault. |
12022 Possible Causes:
12022 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 12022 Code
- Inspect all the connections ignition coil cylinder 14, low circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
