The problem is about tiptronic switch up, circuit short to ground causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system b camshaft position actuator control bank 2, circuit high and wait then starter interlock, circuit short to ground will delay your vw fault. |
12015 Possible Causes:
12015 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 12015 Code
- Inspect all the connections shift up/down wire, open / short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
