This code were stamped on VW Engine case accelerator position sensor (g79), signal too high the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles valve for pump - jet: cylinder 10 (n306), circuit low input . On the other hand please check dtc memory of instrument panel ecu is the final reason of the code. |
12014 Possible Causes:
12014 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 12014 Code
- Inspect all the connections transmission mount valve 2 (n263), short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
