12002 Description And Summary : |

Accumulated in electronic control units so tiptronic switch down (f189), open circuit / signal to b+ causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system exhaust gas recirculation throttle control, circuit 'a' low also shift up/down wire, open / short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
12002 Possible Causes:
12002 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
What To Check After Fixing 12002 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel mixture control adjustment range 2, lower limit not reached
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
