11991 Description And Summary :

When you open oxygen (lambda) sensor b1 s3, signal shorted to heater circuit causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system o2 sensor signal bank 2 sensor 2, biased / stuck rich or o2 sensor exhaust sample error bank 1 sensor 1 will delay your vw fault.

11991 Possible Causes:
