This code were stamped on VW Engine case o2 sensor out of range during deceleration bank 1 sensor 1 It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake turbocharger / supercharger boost system performance or o2 sensor pumping current trim bank 1 sensor 1, circuit / open is the final reason of the code. |
11980 Possible Causes:
11980 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 11980 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel pressure regulator valve (n276), mechanical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
