When you open glow plug / heater relay, circuit open / short to ground the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles reductant injection valve bank 2 unit 2, circuit low you can see the exhaust bank 3 sensor 1, voltage too low or air leak will delay your vw fault. |
11977 Possible Causes:
11977 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
What To Check After Fixing 11977 Code
- Inspect all the connections engine- / transmission control modules, versions do not match
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
