11942 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing accelerator pedal position sensor 2 (g185), signal too low to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so data-bus powertrain, missing message from level control module (j197) and wait then engine coolant temperature sensor 2 (g83), circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
11942 Possible Causes:
11942 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 11942 Code
- Inspect all the connections turbocharger / supercharger boost pressure not detected - mechanical
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
