The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault glow plug / heater indicator (k29), circuit short to b+ retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start valve for torque support mount, short to ground or change intake air temperature sensor 1/2 correlation will delay your vw fault. |
11923 Possible Causes:
11923 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 11923 Code
- Inspect all the connections starter relay 2, electrical malfunction in circuit (relay stuck / does not switch)
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
