11917 Description And Summary : |

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault injection pump, timing calibration not learned run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 1 sensor 5, circuit high or fuel pump "b" control, circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
11917 Possible Causes:
11917 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 11917 Code
- Inspect all the connections relay for exhaust cooling agent (n313), open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
