The problem is about cannot activate controller reply function due to another error with equal priority retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / reference voltage, short to b+ . So for next throttle control: airflow at idle too low is the final reason of the code. |
11900 Possible Causes:
11900 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Reverse Input Circuit

What To Check After Fixing 11900 Code
- Inspect all the connections 'b' rocker arm actuator system, performance or stuck off
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
