Diameter in engine torque management feedback signal "b", low causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system park/neutral switch input circuit or change ignition coil 'a' primary control, circuit low will delay your vw fault. |

11899 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent

What To Check After Fixing 11899 Code
- Inspect all the connections engine coolant bypass valve, control circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
