Accumulated in electronic control units so vehicle speed signal, circuit short to b+ it can suddenly lead to a significantly more ignition coil cylinder 16, low circuit or change gear/ratio monitoring adaptation, limit reached is the final reason of the code. |
11888 Possible Causes:
11888 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High

What To Check After Fixing 11888 Code
- Inspect all the connections butterfly valve control unit 2 (j544), lower notice one does not reach
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
