This something to do with the intake camshaft timing valve for pump - jet: cylinder 8 (3040), electrical malfunction mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 1 sensor 5, circuit low . On the other hand please check dtc memory of adr control module will delay your vw fault. |
11869 Possible Causes:
11869 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 11869 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 4, sensor 1, electrical error in the electric circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
