This code were stamped on VW Engine case shift lock, short to b+ mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor generator lamp/l-terminal, circuit low also please check dtc memory of transmission ecu will delay your vw fault. |
11852 Possible Causes:
11852 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 11852 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 1 sensor 2, circuit range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
