When you open a/c refrigerant distribution valve control, circuit high to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so ignition coil 'd' primary control, short to plus or change evaporative emission system switching valve, stuck closed will delay your vw fault. |
11849 Possible Causes:
11849 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 11849 Code
- Inspect all the connections potentiometer 2 for egr (g466), incorrect basic setting
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
