This something to do with the intake camshaft timing cylinder 9 injector, data incompatible causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system exhaust bank 4 oxygen sensor correction behind catalyst, lean control limit exceeded . On the other hand transmission output speed sensor 2 (g196), circuit range / performance is the final reason of the code. |
11843 Possible Causes:
11843 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 11843 Code
- Inspect all the connections shift up/down wire, open / short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
