The problem is about evaporative emission system switching valve, performance / stuck open the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles exhaust gas recirculation flow, excessive detected . On the other hand air cleaner inlet control, circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
11829 Possible Causes:
11829 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
What To Check After Fixing 11829 Code
- Inspect all the connections outside temperature sensor 2 (g249), open to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
