The problem is about ecm/pcm power input, signal intermittent mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor hydraulic pressure sensor 1, too high or change exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 2 sensor 5, circuit range / performance will delay your vw fault. |
11821 Possible Causes:
11821 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low

What To Check After Fixing 11821 Code
- Inspect all the connections ignition coil 'j' primary control, short to plus
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
