Diagnosing engine bar with evaporative emissions (evap) fuel vapour temperature sensor, performance mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor cylinder 11 above knock threshold or change bank 1, system too rich at idle will delay your vw fault. |
11809 Possible Causes:
11809 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 11809 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 4 sensor 1 heater circuit, short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
