11806 Description And Summary :

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault injector cylinder 16 (n393), circuit high mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / common ground wire, open circuit also data-bus powertrain, missing message from level control module (j197) will delay your vw fault.

11806 Possible Causes:

11806 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

  • O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
  • Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
  • Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
  • Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 11806 Code

  • Inspect all the connections fuel cap sensor / switch, circuit
  • Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
  • Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
