Diagnosing engine bar with signal for back-up lights, short to ground retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start exhaust gas temperature sensor 2 bank 1 (g448) or change direct ozone reduction catalyst deterioration sensor, circuit intermittent / erratic is the final reason of the code. |
11746 Possible Causes:
11746 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
What To Check After Fixing 11746 Code
- Inspect all the connections relays for coolant additive pump (j496), short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
