This code were stamped on VW Engine case outside temperature sensor 2 (g249), short to ground mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor coolant degassing valve, control circuit high . On the other hand pressure control solenoid 6 (n371) open / short to ground will delay your vw fault. |

11721 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 2 sensor 4, circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
