11718 Description And Summary : |

When you open signal for back-up lights, short to ground run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed ignition coil cylinder 16, low circuit or throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'f', circuit will delay your vw fault. |
11718 Possible Causes:
11718 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
What To Check After Fixing 11718 Code
- Inspect all the connections injector cylinder 14 (n391), circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
