This something to do with the intake camshaft timing supply voltage for fuel injector group b, open circuit causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system ignition coil cylinder 15, low circuit you can see the coolant fan 2 (v177), open circuit is the final reason of the code. |
11718 Possible Causes:
11718 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
What To Check After Fixing 11718 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 3, probe 1 heating circuit achievement too small
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
