The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault injector cylinder 16 (n393), open circuit run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 2, circuit and hydraulic actuator position sender (g302), lower limit not reached is the final reason of the code. |

- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature bank 2, too high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
