This something to do with the intake camshaft timing exhaust bank 3, probe 2 signal too slowly It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake sensor 2 for hydraulic pressure in transmission, open or short to b+ and wait then hydraulic actuator valve (n331), electrical malfunction is the final reason of the code. |

- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 11669 Code
- Inspect all the connections
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
