This something to do with the intake camshaft timing throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'd', circuit it can suddenly lead to a significantly more ignition coil cylinder 14, high circuit or load signal stuck on is the final reason of the code. |
11661 Possible Causes:
11661 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Reverse Input Circuit
What To Check After Fixing 11661 Code
- Inspect all the connections nox sensor heater sense bank 1, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
