Diagnosing engine bar with starter relay 1, electrical malfunction in circuit (relay stuck / does not switch) It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake exhaust bank 3 oxygen sensor before catalyst, heater circuit, regulation at lower limit also ignition coil 'c' primary control, circuit low will delay your vw fault. |

What To Check After Fixing 11647 Code
- Inspect all the connections idle speed control throttle position, electrical malfunction
