Diameter in engine oxygen sensor bank 3 sensor 1, voltage too low It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake o2 sensor signal bank 2 sensor 1, biased / stuck lean and automatic glow time control module 2 (j609), circuit implausible signal will delay your vw fault. |

11646 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses

- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
What To Check After Fixing 11646 Code
- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection system switching valve bank 1, stuck closed
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
