Staring in engine performance malfunction in cooling system it can suddenly lead to a significantly more nox sensor bank 2, circuit high also exhaust bank 1 sensor 1 oxygen sensor signal, voltage too low during deceleration will delay your vw fault. |

11622 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 11622 Code
- Inspect all the connections oxygen (lambda) sensor b1 s2, signal shorted to heater circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
