11616 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing direct ozone reduction catalyst temperature sensor, circuit intermittent / erratic run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed nox sensor heater sense bank 2, circuit high or change linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 1, compensation wire pump current, open circuit is the final reason of the code. |
11616 Possible Causes:
11616 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
What To Check After Fixing 11616 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle position (tp) sensor (g79), error message from ecm
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
