Staring in engine engine coolant temperature signal, range / performance run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed valve for intake manifold flap (n239), short to ground or ecm/pcm power input, signal will delay your vw fault. |
11597 Possible Causes:
11597 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 11597 Code
- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 2, circuit range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
